Buying Land

You can browse listings by location, price, and other criteria. Use our search filters to narrow down options and contact sellers directly through the contact details on the listing.

Yes! Use our Land Request Form to specify your needs, and we’ll connect you with landowners, agents, or companies that match your criteria.

Once you find a listing of interest, use our internal messaging “Start Conversation” to contact the seller directly. You can also contact sellers directly using the contact details on the listing.

Selling Land

Create an account, complete your profile, and submit a new listing with details about the land, including photos and documents. Your listing will be live once approved.
There are no charges for listings or contacting sellers. Fees apply only for optional featured listings to boost visibility.

We offer secure payment options through third-party providers like Flutterwave, Paystack, and Stripe. To feature a listing, follow these steps:

  1. After adding your listing, go to My Listings.
  2. Find the listing you want to feature and click Actions.
  3. Select Mark as Featured.
  4. Complete the payment process.

Once the payment is confirmed, your listing will be featured across land.ng

Yes, you can list land for rent by providing details such as location, size, rental terms, and contact information.
